they didnt. they said it was fine and cancelled it! lol.

i just rang back up and cancelled the cancel order. couldn't live without a mac now for a few weeks. no way.
 
Rebates should be banned! Give the discount at the time of ordering, not x months and y phone calls down the line.

Indeed.

I bought an iMac G5 when they came out and got a free printer (£60 rebate), anyway, 6 months later and it still hadn't shown up.

I got it eventually but the hassle simple wasn't worth the saving IMO :rolleyes:

Stupid rebates! Would be so much easier if the discount was there and then I say. :D

I got mine a month after, so I guess you had a bad experience.
