Hi all, i've been tearing my hair out the past month or two and I cant seem to find an answer so i'm hoping someone here has experienced this. Basically every few weeks my phone will randomly prompt me for my apple id password, except the password is always wrong and has to be reset every single time, something is resetting my password. My security questions, linked email etc are all exactly the same with no sign of tampering, it just seems to do it randomly after 2/3 weeks and then it works fine again for that time period. Has anyone experienced this before? hopefully someone can help, thank you

I am sure you have seen this/tried this but I believe this happens when your IOS device requires a system update. If you go to settings/software update is anything outstanding? If so install it. This has happened to me twice (but without the password reset) and this fixed it.

Pretty sure something is going wrong. Have you contacted apple to see if they know why your password is being invalidated/changed. Is it happening with identical frequency i.e. it happens exactly 14 days from the last time you had to change your password?
