Apple iPod Shuffle alternative?

Hi Guys, just wondering if anyone would care to recommend me an iPod Shuffle alternative? I just can't get on with iTunes, have really really tried but to no avail.

My only requirement is that it needs to be small & light (like the Shuffle) so I can just clip it on at the gym & forget it's there. And also that it uses the Windows drag & drop for the music files lol

I bought mine based on reviews on HeadFi and after reading this review as well.

The Sony Series tend to be very good, had fantastic battery life out of my last one and great sound quality.
Sounded better than my mates iPod I borred and far superior the the few el cheapo mp3 players I've also had.

The Sansa's do get really good feedback also
