Apple Mac Delivery

Hi all,

Has anyone had any issues recently with DHL delivering their Mac? They have now 'attempted' delivery 3 times.

First was to a lockerbox on Saturday, which they apparently couldn't delivery to.

Second attempt was on Sunday to the business address I submitted for delivery, again unsuccesful even though there were definitely people here to receive it.

Another delivery attempt this morning to the same business address at 0905, and I have been here since 0830 and have checked the CCTV, no delivery attempt was made.

For the life of me I can't get hold of DHL Express and their live chat doesn't work. Does anyone have a contact phone number for them? Otherwise I'm going to have to try and get hold of apple to see if they can sort it.
 
They have been a massive pain for laptop deliveries at work for me recently. Trying to deliver at 8pm to a business address, leaving said delivery outside in torrential rain in an area open to the public, constant delayed delivery messages. They are by far the worst courier for me now, like you I found no way to speak to them.
 
Did you order from Apple?
If so, as mentioned above I’d say you’ll have better luck going direct to them.
I had to chase up a return a while back (via UPS) and Apple were great in getting to the bottom of it.
Plus, at the end of the day it’s the retailer’s responsibility to ensure the parcel gets into your hands.

Yeah have spoken to Apple and they have opened a shipping investigation. The woman on the phone said off the record that the updates on the shipping that have been given do seem a bit fishy and they've had similar instances of things being nicked by drivers/warehouse staff. So I hope thats not whats happened here as I'll be waiting ages for it!
 
All resolved. Something weird had gone on on DHLs side (it kept getting loaded onto the old courier route, not the new one), but sorted now. Got a call from head office, and now have their direct number for any future issues!
