Application Install Problem

Hey

I am trying to install an application, i have WMCE 2005. The error i get is
Exception EAccessViolation in module
Setup.exe at FFFE0B7B Access violation at address 003E1CF3. Read of address 0000000A.

I have 1gb Memory and WMCE 2005

the question that spings to mind is, What application is it????????????
