Wetherspoons app is the only one you need.
My wife is addicted to this, she has just joined the Wetherspoons Carpet Appreciation Society.

The annoying thing is when these websites claim you would get a better experience with their cookie installed on your phone sorry i mean APPMany organisations offer an app for their company or services. I personally prefer to use a Web browser to view them. I'm not keen on having dozens of apps for random websites which I may only use once. I prefer a browser which is not restricted to one company's services. Some, such as banking I do have but most, not so much.
Are you a happy appy chappie or do you prefer a Web site?
I think this is the case with the Royal Mail app. My package was nowhere to be found on the app. I typed the same tracking number into the mobile website and the tracking information magically appeared.Apps are usually okay as they should be designed for the smaller screen real estate. However I've noticed that if the app developers can't be arsed to update the app (or there's no business budget left to do so) then the app goes out of date and is no longer supported by the OS (Apple, I'm looking at you!).
This is surprisingly true. I was in a ‘spoons a few years back and posted in a gin group I’m a member of that I was there. They told me to tell them what table I was at and the gins just started arriving. Very civilised.Wetherspoons app is the only one you need.

Web sites. I occasionally get linked to Reddit etc if I'm searching for something, and it bugs me when they say "Please install the app to continue reading..." etc. No!

Translate "You can't use a regular ad blocker on an app"Prefer to use a website here as well - I have to roll my eyes at the notifications of "The experience is better when you use the app" - yes because you can't be bothered to make the website version better... some exceptions aside most stuff just doesn't need a dedicated app.
Spoons?!
I'm far too Gucci belt for that sorry excuse of a pub chain.
It will probably be the only one left.
I think Tim Martin is one of the only employers that took all his staff back after lockdown.
