I have a guy at work who is real pleb when it comes to april fools jokes for instance a few years we told him that the EU was going to make the year metric and remove 2 months so we have 10 months and also gain 3 days so 10 days a week 10 months a year. He said and I kid you not " I hope they get rid of jan/feb as I hate those months its too cold"

Now I need to get a good joke on him this year and was thinking of editing a BBC news story about fishing licenses going up or having to have security checks or something. I have a vague memory of some site you could fake up a bbc news page any ideas what it is.
