I believe that the 900 merits you got for the donation to map opening just meant that you started at 900 on the phase 2 merit reward line, so it gave you a headstart as it were. Cant remember what was on the 0-900 section though off the top of my head but you can look ingame on the merit bar and see what it wasI might have missed it, what was the reward for unlocking the new map. I had full merits.
Oh pretty rubbish thenI believe that the 900 merits you got for the donation to map opening just meant that you started at 900 on the phase 2 merit reward line, so it gave you a headstart as it were. .Yeah nothing amazing, makes sense I guess, it took me all of 60 seconds to click donate on the buttons and hit the full merits for donating, I cant expect much of a reward for 60 seconds of effortOh pretty rubbish then.

Yes, but if you read the actual review and not the arbitrary score they do say the game is excellent.Eurogamer just gave this game a 2/5 review due to the use of AI voices.![]()
I cant remember the review in detail, but does it even mention that the voice actors in Arc Raiders agreed to its use, and that the AI voices on item pings etc are still based off of samples of said voice actors voices and not just completely AI generated voices?Yes, but if you read the actual review and not the arbitrary score they do say the game is excellent.
And AI voices is a slippery slope for the industry where 1000's of voice actors are suddenly out of a job.
yea, but's a different experience altogether playing with friendsIs this game worth playing solo?
i'd not say a lot but certainly a reasonable amount of time sink is requiredDo you need to sink a lot of time into it?

Craft or buy raider hatch keys.I'm going to give up on doing the night raids solo. Too many extraction campers.
Or I'm going to have to come up with some sort of plan. Maybe put a trap down or a smoke grenade.
They aren't open on night raids. Only 1 or 2 main exits.Craft or buy raider hatch keys.
I completely agree with this. Every solo raid gets my heart racing.I quite enjoy solo raids. Certainly puts you more on edge!
I've stopped night raids as well, not intentionally, but I realise now you say it that I've been avoiding them.I'm going to give up on doing the night raids solo. Too many extraction campers.

ah my bad - shows you how much attention i payThey aren't open on night raids. Only 1 or 2 main exits.

We tried the queueing up at the same trick several times, never got into the same match once. Its 21 people per map, with more spawning in as people exit or are killed (for the first 15mins of a round)Just upgraded my chicken to level 3
Killed loads of people today as well, was running with a team of randoms they were like, kill everyone you see.
Also seen teams teaming up, I guess its not against the rules although I can see a massive issue if say there are like 9 of you on a discord channel, ready up at the same time you might all end up in teh same map, big potentially for teaming then and really controlling the map.
WE got into a fight with a 3 man team, killed 2, 1 ran out, I chased him only to run in to another 3 clearly helping that one remaining.
I got a question though, does anyone know how the matchmaking and player count on each map works? EG does it just dump say 10 peeople on the map as a fixed amount (eg in theory you could be last man standing) or are people contantly being spawned in dynamically, I guess as people exit or are killed?
