Apricots are easy mate. Just go to the olive grove on any special map condition.

Mushrooms are more of a pain, they were the worst thing last time as well.

Thing is once you are experienced you'll know where to find stuff.

I built all my benches, upgraded a couple and upgraded the chicken twice, upgraded my stash 3 or 4 times as well.

Got a level 4 Ferro, Level 4 rattler, level 4 anvil and level 4 burletta, Looting MK2 augment. Wolfpack blueprint....

All in an afternoon. Hopefully it's quiet at work tomorrow as well.

This is a great quick guide for the skill tree. Basics are get your stamina maxed out on mobility then move over to survival and head towards secuirty breach. This is if you're looking for max looting potential.

I wouldn't bother with security lockers. You're more likely to get a gun or something decent from a rubbish bin or a drawer than you are the lockers since their nerf.

And that's no joke.

If you've got points to spare then sure, but don't go chasing it.

Last time I reset my points a few times and aside from the stamina ones everything felt pretty meh. For PvP the ones that reduce noise when breaching and add breaching speed is nice to have for doors. But if you don't PvP then you won't miss it much.
Reduced fall dmg is a nice to have, but it's another non essential.

I would aim for the stam perks first, then take whatever. There's got to be a skill tree update coming at some point to address the issues with them.

Working hard then!!

I've not done a single map under a special condition yet :o

Looting Mk.3 Survivor at last :D Nowhere near ready to craft it of course.
Reward for the bird nest trial. No doubt some other, found frequently, vital BP will evade me this time!

Small patch today - 1.18.0

Raiders!

There’s a new update rolling out right now. Restart your client to download.

  • Fixed an exploit that allowed players to put weapons in a safe pocket without the Safekeeper Augment.
  • Fixed an issue that allowed players to put the Snaphook into a safe pocket while in use.
  • Lowered the drop rate of rare blueprints slightly and raised the drop rate for high tier materials in Raider Caches on the Hurricane map condition.
    • Dev note: The main reason for this change is that the hurricane caches have been handing out a lot of blueprints, especially given how good players have been at tracking them down and looting them. To help balance that out, we’re bumping up the drop rates for higher-tier materials inside the caches. So while you might see a few fewer blueprints overall, you’ll be getting better materials in return. Caches will still be a solid way to find blueprints, just not to the point where you can reliably walk away from every session with 3–5 of them.
  • Added a very hot fix for the Dam Controlled Access Zone.
  • Fixed an issue where some ARC would occasionally cause performance drops.
  • Fixed an issue where the final stage of the quest “Worth Your Salt” could not be completed if someone else had already done it in the same raid.
  • Fixed a rare issue where players would crash when navigating to the Player Proximity menu.

See you topside!
