Try the scrap yard on Dam, I've had a few from there when running through at times

Stella Montis in the containers on the high levels in the loading bay ... can get rusted gear, industrial batteries, cooling coils, nuts and bolts and more

I had to stop playing this this afternoon.

In 11 days, I've done all the projects, all the work benches, already got about 40 blueprints and all the ones I would want definitely.

10+ Wolfpacks, nearly 3m credits, a ton of level 4 weapons, most of the missions done, and I'm already about level 50.
 
What's the best way to complete step 5 of the expedition for Combat items and provisioning?
