ArchLord Beta ....

Yeh I just got home and found it in my mailbox, I got excitied for a second cause I'm still waiting on my BF 2142 key which I'm aprently getting this week and would rather have, but never mind I'll download this and give it a go.
 
yes there is an NDA, and that has been respected with no content , game mechanics , pictures or other 'sensitive' material shown/portrayed.

there is far more detailed info on Codemasters Public forum, and anyone foolish enough to break the NDA will obviously be dealt with .. thx but no drama here

just a heads up so some of us in the beta can join up ..

The NDA does not ban any talk, it is an open beta afterall and I do not think you have to fax of information and sign contracts to play the beta. Everything said here would be well within any NDA I have ever been subject to, no details have been given out at all really, its comparable to RF online is not exactly an industry trade secret. :)

If this was about dismantling Norton Genesis then yes, it would be binned within seconds but as long as nobody starts reverese engineering the client then due to its beta stage it is ok.

Probably some people on this forum who were on a closed beta before, but they can not talk about it. :)

If you have any problems with threads please report them to a moderator in the future, means they can get seen to quicker.

I thougth RF online sucked?

it could have been SOOO good, having one race like mechwarrior, another like uber robot thingy then the elvs for all the girls who wanna RP.
 
yea i got an email from FP about the beta, the date on it is only 12/8

gad, really want in the beta :o)
