Archos Access 50s

Hi, Had this Archos Access 50s about two weeks now.....brilliant little 'phone, EXCEPT I cannot get a text audio alert, there is a visible alert for incoming texts, but no audible one.....anyone got any ideas ?....Thanks.

Does the notification audio work for other apps such as WhatsApp, Email, etc?

Checked the texting app's settings? Maybe try using Google's texting app instead? If you install the Carrier Services on top of that too you'll also have RCS service.

Thanks for that, all notifications are ON....only just installed email, so we will see.......

Now got email set up......still not getting any sound notifications......
