Out of about four simple emails to them, I got one reply back.
It was regarding a fault to one of their coolers which of course if covered by a six year warranty. To ice the cake, in the response they basically just pointed me to their ebay page selling spares! Suggesting I should buy parts to try and fix it myself, which no doubt invalidates the warranty!
Not impressed!
