Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro without fan?

I want to build a very quiet pc. I'm looking at a AM2 Sempron 64 2800+ and wonder if the Arctic Cooling Freezer 64 Pro would be able to cool it sufficiently if I took off the fan from it?

Depends on what the case cooling is like, with a low speed 120mm fan behind it should be fine.

You will still need a fan on it but put it on 7v or 5v or use SpeedFan to reduce it's speed. You will not hear it at all at that speed. I'm using SpeedFan to ryn my Zalman 9500 at 40%.

I dont think you'd need the fan if using that cpu at stock, but just use speedfan and run it the lowest it can go then it wont be audible.
