I have a 5700X3D with an Arctic Freezer 36 and it runs generally fine, being able to reach max boost clocks in gaming and productivity. In stress tests, it will hit around 85C and boost slightly below the max, but won't throttle. This is at stock. With an undervolt (mine handles -30), it stays under 85C even with most stress tests. Your CPU has about a ~15W higher TDP than mine, so it should be OK in most scenarios, especially if you plan to undervolt. Your cooler is very similar to mine. There is a great PC analytics article on your cooler. Overall, it's perhaps not the single best cooler for the job, but if you're willing to undervolt and/or have a slightly more aggressive fan setting, you should be absolutely fine.
