Arctic Freezer II only 2 year warranty?

I'm mulling over whether to dip my toe with an AIO, only had air cooling before. Given how much the Arctic Freezer II seems to be killing it in terms of price/performance and popularity, I find it disconcerting that the warranty is only 2 years, whereas some others have 5 years. Potential for disaster / damage to components seems "high" to me - Is this just an irrational fear of someone who doesn't know any better?
