trying to find a cheap one is like trying to find a 3 legged, pink unicorn that can sing like barry white!!

anyone know places i cant hunt other than the bay?

The 120Gig one is pricey, 20Gb ones can be picked up 2nd hand for 20quid or so.
You could always just mod the HDD yourself.
Western Digital Scorpio BEVS-LAT are teh drives confirmed as working last time I checked.
This will of course eman that you need a 20Gb one for the case to start with.
Tuts can be found easily online.

Was Tempted to do mine but the started streaming media, now with this install to disc I might reconsider

I traded in my premium and bought a Elite. Seemed the easier option :p

Plus I wanted the black elite over bright white. Matches my system.

Additional xbox accessories (hard drives, network adapters) are all massively overpriced. It's quite ridiculous, but if you scout around, I'm sure you'd able to find a couple of deals.

i had a magazine which tells you how to put your own 360 drive into the enclosure, but it takes a while to do

dunno if that helps you

They may appear that way but there not when you look at the price MS has to pay out for them in the first place.

Regarding using WD Bev hard drive it's not really that cheap like stated before if you look around the 120gb MS drive can be had for about £60 and comes with transfer kit but if you add up price of the WD drive and getting a caddy it ends up about the same.

Try the memory upgrade like that guy above ! Think it'll only apply if u have an arcade or core?

yeah i was considering i wireless adaptor and thought "maybe i should go official..." til i saw the pricetag LOL!

Mate has a £30ish Belkin one that works a treat supposedly
