Are double barelled surnames shellfish?

Browsed past this thread without entering untold times now but I had to pop in to say the Title is Superb. :p

Judging people by their name alone is far worse in my opinion than the name itself.

This.

I think women automatically taking men's surname is a disgusting bygone of marriage that pertains to men owning the woman they marry, and yet I can't help but feel emasculated at the thought of a my gf not doing so, curse the patriarchy!

So you're cursing a fictional bogeyman because of your own irrational feelings stemming from your own false historical revisionism for the sake of propaganda intended to promote the sexism you so dearly love.

You make yourself a pitiful fool.

There should be a list to choose from

Apparently LC has got a brother called AJ (not at the school) but today 2 young lads started called Henri & Lloyd and they are named after the clothes.
She also says that they don't know their own names and answer to either name.

Not sure if thread title change or no one noticed...

But no, double barreled names aren't shellfish.
