Are my SSD speeds correct?

I have 2 x OCZ Vertex 2 60GB - are these speeds correct and also why arent the write speeds the same?

What motherboard have you got?

Also, the gurus around here think you'll get more accurate results using the ATTO benchmark tool. Google ATTO and you'll find it on their website.

Its a P5K - I will try ATTO though.

Looks about right for that 60gb drive, with the write figures being down on the second disk would suggest it has gotten a bit fragmented. Presuming it the latest firmware on I would suggest letting idle for a bit so it can GC, make sure you dont have a page file on it etc.

It might be an idea to stick them in raid 0 to get better performance (although you'll loose all your data).
