I came here for advice not long ago when asking about a new graphics card and processor, and discovered that to get the ones I wanted I'd also need a new motherboard. With all the advice I got from here, I bought the things I needed but I'd also like to get a solid state drive rather than the HD I have now. But I was wondering - are SSDs also reliant on being compatible with a motherboard as well?
The motherboard I'm going to have installed is an MSI B450M Pro-VDH. The SSD I was looking at getting is a Crucial MX500 1TB SSD. Will these be compatible with each other?
