Are the people in "life" different from the people in "hardware"

I used to read hardware but, in recent years, I've been spending less and less time playing with my own hardware and thus, haven't felt the need.

Motors > GD > HTML > Networking IMHO

I probably spend more time in Hardware and GFX then anywhere else, GD is good for a giggle but I'm too much of a geek to hang out with the "cool kids" on GD too much ;)

I frequent both... but when I log on to my PC in the morning and check for interesting threads, GD is always the last forum I check...

Me Too!...

I always go in this order:

Search - Threads with 'Simian' Posting to catch up on where I'v been!...

Then:

General Hardware,
CPU's
Graphics Cards,
Optical Storage & Writing

Windows & Other Software

General Discussion
Motors
Music & Box Office
Mobile Phones

Photography & Video
Home Cinema

So I'm a bit of an 'All-Rounder' :D

The only support forum I really spend much time in is Linux. Besides that, I usually only go to hardware if I need a hand, as I'm not really cutting edge enough to offer much support.

I just spam "New Posts" constantly which is why you'll see me popping up in all the sections. The ten second refresh limit sometimes gets on my nerves though :D

tbh I only access the hardware part of the forums if i have a question to ask, im not knowledgable enough in that field to comment or really help anyone! But the main reason i joined this forum was to help me out when i got stuck, and then the gd pulled me in!
