This crossed my mind so have gone for a Cable Mods adapter to use with current Corsair PSU which powers the 4090 fine through pig tails, but don’t like it as the tidally. CM do a 4 socket to 16 pin adapter so plenty of consistent juice should be available.
Are there any ATX 3.0 PUS on sale already?

Think they are all delayed because of the 16 pin situation.
They aren't affected by the 16 pin situation as it's a single cable straight from the PSU.

its a standard kettle / psu lead mate, yes. , uk ones are proper grounded too
Yeah got mine on sunday too which was a nice surprise. Mine also had a sticker over EU on the box and only has an EU plug. I guess getting EU stock is how they got it in stock faster here then anywhere else. Worth it to not have to wait anymore but it would have been good to know or have a UK plug shipped with it. Not worth complaining about to me though.
Mine came yesterday also, went Kit Kat in breaking strain terms. Have to say my RM850x was doing a fine job powering my system as detailed in Sig block, but the pig tails were totally rubbish. A little future proofing and with all the spare parts I am gathering I could build a second PC to sell on.

Okay I’m a bit confused by the availability of the Asus LOKI 1000W PSU, I have ordered through OCUK who initially said it would release on the 31st October. Then, they moved it to 18th of November and now its completely gone from the site.
I have also pre-ordered it somewhere else who had 2 available however, I have not seen one review of this PSU anywhere. I’m going to wait till the 18th if it doesn’t release then I’ll just get the new Seasonic in December. LOL my PC has been sitting without a PSU for weeks now.

Yeah, competitors seem to be saying the same, mid November. Have you switched to a smaller case?

No Same case (Lian Li Lancool 3 (best case I have ever had), i know it’s intended for smaller cases but I don’t care I just need a ATX 3.0 PSU. It’s a plus that ASUS PSUs come with braided cables.

I gave in and bought a Thor 1200W on Black Friday offer, it came with a 600w PCIe 5.0 cable (not native, ends in 2 8pin headers). Also bought a cable mod 4 header PCIe cable.Appears to be in stock @ OCUK now

I have the Loki 1000W on order as well. Was wondering why they took down the website link. I can only assume they won't be selling the product as the 850/750W are now available. I did email customer service, but so far they haven't gotten back to me.
