Something wrong on your side because every benchmark I've seen shows the 5600x and any other 6 core cpu locked to 100% with a rtx3090/6900xt at 1080p - the above HUB video shows that as well

Maybe it's improved since the beta then, or a recent patch has helped. Haven't played the release version, didn't want to waste my money
But during the beta bfv had higher cpu utilisation
