The dough looks like pizza dough, you can tell by the crust, pancake crust looks nothing like that.

They just look like rubbish pizzas rather than savoury pancakes.

My mum used to make the strangest pancakes ever. She would pour some mixture into the pan, then once it had set she would put a layer of cooked mince and onion and some spices, then she poured more mixture over the top and flipped it over. Was like some sort of pancake burger. It was actually uite nice, although it sounds horrible.
