Are these running as they should?

I have a WD Raptor 36GB 8mb cache Sata II running at these speeds:

I also have a WD 250GB 2500KS 16mb cache Sata I running as so:

I think the raptor is running as it should be, but I have doubts as to whether larger storage drive is running as fast it could. I have checked Western Digital's website for e.g. firmware updates but there are none. Is there anything I can do?

, but are you sure about the second one? It's a sata II drive and I assumed it would run faster toward the 300mb/s side of things. It's just over 150mb/s

The burst rate is showing over 150Mb/s so the drive is running in SATA2 mode for a start. Checking against the benchmarking thread the best I can see for a single drive is 240Mb/s, most are around the 160-180Mb/s mark.

At the end of the day the burst rate makes no noticable difference in real world speed so there's not much point in worrying about it.
