are these temps normal

I'm no expert but after recently solving an overheating issue I had with a 680 I'm fairly up to scratch on temps and I'd say those temps were fine for heavy load. What temps do you idle at usually?

.

i have a http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CA-129-BX as my case
cooler are fans. with a cpu cooling fan..i am a bit worried about my overclock since i am kinda a noob at it still..i would run benchmarks for like 10mins and have no artifacts or nothing. then i would play a game for like 20mins and the driver would stop and game would stop responding..here is my overclock so far its going well with no crashes but im worried about burning my card out with the temps i said before which is around 75-80 max

overclock:

also i heard making fan control yourself would be useful with temps with the gpu so i got this:

not sure if this means anything but just need a little help..forums from other people's problems are not solving anything for me

The card will throttle if you hit the temp ceiling you set anyway, so don't worry about it. Looks fine to me.

and i guess if it does throttle just lower voltage and core right? (i guess throttling means crashing if the temps are too high on the GPU right?) also do you think it was a good idea to manually set points on the fan controll when the fans should increase and what point the temps on the GPU raises to?
