What happens when you park your car leave the car park and remember you have left your phone in the car and need it for work?
I'm guessing that could be one of the 7 questions asked but when used to the system you are just going to park and not even read those.
My mates old flat on the Isle of Dogs had double decker parking.
One time, one of the other tenants stupidly didn't reverse far back enough so we couldn't lower the lift to get his car out.![]()
This. Putting a handful of shopping in the car to return back to shopping again. Also how long does it take to get your car back? 5-10 minutes? With queues? I'd say it would cost quite abit just to fund the electricity bill, but then looking at it the other way, they save some in terms of lighting up a multi-story car park and lifts anyways.
Mine in Limehouse has it too. Makes perfect sense as the basement only has room for 9 spaces and there are 18 flats in the building...
My old flat in Munich had a double decker parking space under the building, very common over there. I really wish we had similar levels of parking over here, they seem to not allow it to try and reduce traffic but it doesn't really reduce anything, it just makes life very difficult for those who have to drive somewhere.
