Are virgin media going to pull their thumbs out?

it's still a big difference I guess. I've been running a lot of tests recently, as my cable connection is rarely near the 10mbps that's its meant to be at. I have noticed a big difference in speed just between to different speed test sites - one would consistently say 3mbps, the other would say 5mbps.
