Brought it for my PS3 on release, it was a brilliant game but the graphics were terrible. Rockstar miss out lots by not porting their games, RDR would be another good game to port and make some money out of yet LA Noire even though it was a decent game is no where near as good as RDR got a port!

The detail in the game world is amazing on console but the FPS was pap. I can't wait to see it on a decent gaming system at high res.
+ 720p on my 60" in TV wasn't that nice...

The resolution and frame rate weren't great but the graphics were really quite special considering the console hardware was 8 years old (now 9)
Taken 8 months for GTA IV to come to PC so it is going to soon if not never, hope to hear something out it soon

Take it in the context of the hardware it's running on and it's really very impressive. The 360 has 512Mb of RAM, most smartphones have more.

Yep terrible game, all those millions that enjoyed it are fools. All those 10/10 reviews, all those user ratings...clearly the game is terrible.

Game looks good and runs good.
As for OP, it's probably imminent. Hopefully there will be at-least some news at e3. They are probably porting to next-gen consoles as well (they should have ported before the release of Watch_Dogs
).

I must admit when I first switched it on for my PS3 I did think this looks dreadful but the 1st mission part doesn't really have any great effects anyway, it grew on me though and by no means was it anything revolutionary but it had some stuff you don't even see in many new PC games.

How can anyone say it runs good? From a distant, it's got impressive IQ, but it's blurry as hell if you get close (Like a PC gamer games).
The frame rate is diabolical.
On PC it has the potential to be the best looking open world game though.
I hope we hear news for E3, I'll buy it for sures, my GF's playing it on XBox 360 at the moment.

Well I thought some bits looked really good, such as flying over the lake and around the mountains at sunset.
Again, nobody is saying it's Crysis 3 but they squeezed so much out of those consoles. Does GTA V even have any load screens once you are in?
