had two errror in my pay in 2 months, and Ive worked for same company for 18months now.
last month they didnt pay me my commission - not too much of a problem as we are in the position where my basic pay covers bills and we live off the missus money every month, commission that i get is a bonus but not a necessity.
I reported it and i got it on the second pay run £360 or so around the middle of the month.
This month they paid my commission (we got less this month so was only £150 on top of basic) all gravy so far.
accept they put the £360 as an advance on this months wages
this has left me in the nice position of being paid £210 less than my basic wage and in a bit of a problem as all my bills come out first week of the month and there aint enough money in there to pay them
