Sorted out all my issues with phones!
If it's an official / important call I (as already suggested) make notes - although this is probably something else I do out of habit these days.
hehe same here. working in a call centre helps when your on a phone. im just glad i dont answer my home or mobile with the answer i have to give at work
one thing i find odd is when people answer their mobile with hello!? and sound confused as to who it is when it states who it is on their phone (when they have the persons number)
