Argh Windows 7 is un-hibernating itself

This new PC of mine (win7 ultimate activated and legit) keeps un-hibernating itself for some odd reason.
How can I find the cause. Looking in the event viewer, nothing leaps out.
I always set the bios wake options to disable, and I have disabled the NIC and mouse/kb from waking the computer in device manager.

Out of ideas now.

Not much

I think I have got tothe bottom of this.

Control Panel> Power Options > Change advanced settings > Sleep > Allow wake timers.

Once set to disabled, I have not had the issue again.

I dont think it would have been windows update, it was waking up whenever it was hibernated, not 3am.
