Am I the only one who keeps getting be-set by injuries and problems?!
It feels like it!
Here I am trying to get fit and healthy (and raise money for charity) and I keep getting hurt instead?
Last year I did a 10km run and ended up with a patella tenonopathy in my right leg (horrible injury and only just recovered from it) this year training for a half marathon and slowly building up and my left leg has started hurting ...same thing patella tendonopathy. Have been told to not run now for at least a few weeks, and have only till Oct to do the run, looks like im going to have to miss it now! Well Annoyed!!!
