I see the point of having non-refundable deposits for small manufactures - stability, reduced admin etc.

I see the point of having non-transferable deposits - presumably to stop people selling slots for a profit.

But I can't see the point of obstructing you so much, surely a nominal admin fee to change your slot would have been the solution
