My B-I-L, who has my old Rift, has asked the family for this game for Christmas.

And I suddenly realise that there is no way to buy someone an Oculus game as a gift. Seems like a bit of an oversight.

So checked Steam, with the timing bad, because I know it was on sale just a few days ago. So checked CDKeys, and saw it is outrageously cheap on there currently, at £9.49.

Anyway - to the point. I have used CDKeys in the past a couple of times with no issues. But would you be comfortable using it to get a Steam code, but then not using that code for another few weeks (since we will give it only on Christmas day)?

Or do you think I'm better waiting, hoping the price sticks, and buying it on Christmas Eve?

It should be fine. I have never had an issue with CD keys.

Another option would be to buy him a 1 month Viveport Subscription. He gets to play Arizona Sunshine and a whole lot of other games too. I think you can get Viveport gift cards. You used to anyway.
