I saw this device, which allow you to mount a camera onto it, and you hold it so that the camera points at yourself, to allow you to take photos of you if there is nobody else around (on holiday/scenary etc). Sort of a camera on a stick principle.

Thing is, i forgot what its called, and i cant find it anywhere. Anybody any ideas?

Err, I just use my arm and the lens set to it's widest. Most kit lenses go to 28mm (equiv) and you should get yourself and some background in that.

If there is no one else around, then just prop the camera up on a rock or somthing and use a timer.

I've got enough to carry around without another stick....
