I hope this isn't seen as a medical thread, if it is, please lock.

Anyway, is it possible to break your arm but still be able to use it, but it just aches a lot, and for a long time?

Go see the doc mate - it's possible to have a fracture and still use your arm, painfully.

Fair enough. For a small fracture would they put plaster on it?

I have this works event at the David Beckham Academy on the 11th of April and I don't want to miss it and not be able to play if I have plaster on :(

What did you do to it that makes you think it might be broken / fractured?

I play in goal for a Saturday league football team. Long range free kick was launched towards me, high in the air. It was very windy and I misjudged it (it literally started going back towards the freekick taker)

I jumped towards it to punch it, my arms were out straight and their centre forward got there before me and banged into my arms, it felt like it kind of jarred my arm as it was dead straight.

Now I have this pain down towards my elbow, and it aches, especially in the morning. It really hurts if I put pressure on it as well.

They scored :(

''OMG SPELLLINGZ NOT RITE OMGZ QUOTEZ NOWZZZZ!111!!!''

Save your keyboard, and tell me what i have misspelled ? because i honestly cant find anything, neither can spell checker.

and if you just bring one word up out of all that i written, im going to gladly laugh at you. and i will applause myself as i have been up nearly 24hours so only 1 mistake will be good.

I think it was 'waste' when you meant 'waist'

Bit harsh picking on one spelling mistake though :p

EDIT: Oh and 'mist' instead of 'missed' :)

Even though i can spell, im still going to defend, i don't think its pathetic that someone cant spell, its ok picking up on peoples grammer, but calling someone who cant spell pathetic, ok. ''You can not spell, you are pathetic'', your nice.

You're.

Anyway, what is the worst that could happen if I didn't go to the doctor until after April the 11th? Seeing as there is no swelling it should be alright.
