ARMA 2 Missing textures patch released :)

Hi guys like many have had the problem of missing textures and other graphic problems with arma2. They have released patch 1.5 that has fixed it for me and a lot of others and it comes with a new mini campaign as well (not played it yet so not sure how big or good it is). Also there is a hotfix out for the new campaign as there is a problem with it so use links below to get what you need

Are the patches on steam yet? (on my phone just now so can't check myself)

Not as far as i know but they are saying they will get them on as quick as they can.

Hopefully will fix my issue, I've still not been able to play the game yet, due to the textures/performance being utterly trashed.

Is this the 1.05 patch, not 1.50?

If so, this was released to Steam on the 22/12/2009

No it is the 1.05 patch, which was released on the 22nd just rather late in posting this thread. There is also a decent performance boost with this patch.

thanks for this i was reading it was coming not had any issues at all but will follow suit and install it anyway,maybe my eyes are missing something on missing textures i see if this changes anything or make it better as such.

Couldn't remember exactly when i last looked i knew it was sometime in december but i sort of gave up playing or bothering with the game because of the gfx problems so sorry if i posted this a little late

Glad you did as I would have never noticed it until it eventually hits steam.

The new campaign is so short but SO good. Shame the patch hasn't helped my performance at all like it seems to for others.
