Overview:

It would be great if we can get the old OCUK clan up and running again with me, L33 and others. we was playing Arma 2 for a good few months and it was awsome.

Where are you guys man??

Damm i diddnt know you gusy was still around?? we stopped playing together around october last year :(

We had a dedicated website forum that also disappeared so i gave up playing arma 2 as its rubbish againts randoms or on your own

Its a standalone version. in all honest this game is more like Arma 2.5 then an actual expansion pack.

i mean it offers soo much new content and features and not to mention various tweaks and fixes as well

Yea i remember you. Im also looking to play Arma 2 again but i may just wait until OA comes out because i wanna complete red dead redemption first before this game comes out.

Im getting a bit bored of BC2. have not played it in weeks. its too COD for me. run and gun games bore me really quickly

well said. after i joined the ocuk clan, i never played public servers. this game is best played with an organised lot of people. Highly recommend it

Once people got busy over summer it died a quick death, needed normal people in to keep things going.

However, ArmA is certainty best plated with a group of friends who want to play it properly. Voice coms also help.

Yes after around september last year ocuk died along with a dedicated ocuk arma 2 forum we had setup too! i diddnt realize many moved onto havoc clan though.

i then went off to join a clan called british commanders but couldn't find the time to play with hose guys as they seem to always play around 7pm when i just got home from work and usually have my dinner :(

The OCUK lads were perfect as most started gaming at around 8/9pm. i remembered one mission we did together that when you die, u stay dead until the missions over.

I must have played that mission for 2 hours straight before me and one guy were the ONLY men alive! we escaped in a helicopter looking to complete the mission by going to our base then all of a sudden the AI blew is out of the sky LOL.

2 hours of pure arma 2 goodness spread across that huge map in arma 2 and most of us died trying to take the enemies base! that gun fight must have lasted nearly an hour on it its own! i ran out of ammo 4-5 times and had to jog back to our ammo crate!

Arma 2 is also one of my fav games. im going to start playing some of those awsome SP campaign missions to get me ready for OA.

anyone know a good headset less then £50? i had a seineiser that broke recently and a headset is a requirement for joining havoc clan, well any clan.
