Ahh i'm getting confused I was thinking PS3 version , but with you now on the dodgy xbox 360 downloads , anyways lets not get this thread locked
 
after thinking about i've got plently of games to get on with having just got a ps3 so think i'll wait for the 2nd hand games to appear in members market TBH

Only played it for the first 30 mins as I dont want to spoil it on MP coop, but its bloody good fun, but the controls are pretty complex. Holding R1 gives you a set of commands, and also holding L1 gives you a set of commands, that the D pad alone is for commands, other than that its really good.

If you die, you dont just respawn, your teammate has to drag you clear of the battlefield and then heal you, so you actually have to give your guy coverfire as he drags you out and heals you, brilliant idea.

Unfortunately its not gun view, its behind the character, but never mind, its perfectly playable. If you need to reposition yourself you can order your guy to give coverfire, and he will open up his guns, which distracts your enemy and gives you a better chance of moving to your new cover. Also, you can rip the door off a car and use it as a shield, one person carries the shield, and the other fires over the person in fronts shoulder.

This game will be amazing on coop, hence why ive stopped playing it now.



Got the PS3 one and its smooth with no slow down to what Ive seen so far, might get the 360 one tomorrow for a comparison. Graphics are pretty nice, not the best. As usual the PS3 version tries to be a little too sharp image wise and gives kind of a jaggy look to some textures (on my TV anyways)

thanks for quick mini review , i'm back to edging on getting this now :p

Like you say I think the co op mode will make the game to be honest and no point spoiling it playing it in single mode

Oh sorry because I was bored on a 6 hour train journey which had free wifi and I had an n95 I mis spelt 1 word and abbreviated another thats makes me a chav get a grip :rolleyes:

Back on topic I've killed 2 birds with 1 stone and signed up for a free trial of rental place hopefully get to play both of them and then make decision :)
