US: Arrested Development Season 4

I'm 7 episodes in and it's starting to warm up after a strange start.

It's a shame they couldn't all be on screen together more though.

I've finished it now!

Overall I quite enjoyed it once you get past the iffy first few episodes, but with how the series is run you kind of need them as a starting point to work from. The only criticism I would have is that there was too much George Sr and not enough G.O.B.

what happened to steve holt? :O

Some people age much more over 8 years than others.

I enjoyed it, and everyone agrees ep 4 is when it gets back in to flow.

But much like Futurama coming back, cult favs that take a long leave of absence always struggle to live up to the nostalgia factor.

It's why I'm 50/50 on the idea of Firefly, I'm not sure it could live up to the hype.

I finished the last episode last night.

The new format was weird at first, and I didn't think it was going to live up to the previous series. But by the Lindsay one I was hooked again.

Steve Holt!

Hmm
Just finished them - disappointed :(

Had run through s1-s3 in the fortnight before s4 and they were as good as I remembered.
I didn't like how disjointed s4 seemed - it was all over the place, all the time.

I see some fans have rec-cut the 15 episodes into 12 chronologically correct episodes - will watch them next and see if they improve my viewing experience.

aaaaaaaaaaaaaand Necro.

I just finished a one month free trial of Netflix for the sole purpose of watching every episode of this. ( seasons 1 - 4) and I must say it is probably one of the best sitcoms I have ever watched.

There were a few episodes that were naff in season 4 I found but overall, many laughs were had.

Perhaps the biggest laugh, perplexingly, was the end of the penultimate episode where Buster dances to the wood block metronome that was on that usb stick thinking it was erasing the security cameras. I was literally crying with laughter.
