US: Arrow (Season 4)

They could probably fix much of what is wrong by dumping half the cast.

Felicity - As much as she's great to look at, all the her + Oliver drama is annoying. Dump her.
Thea - I liked her better when she was just the sister, now she makes the fight scenes look even sillier than they did before. Dump her.
Laurel - She's probably the only character that i've grown to like rather than grown to dislike. Keep her.
Merlyn - Provides nothing more than plot convenience now. Dump him.
Diggle - Keep him, he's all that's needed to keep Oliver grounded.
Captain Lance - His character has turned into an annoying mess, dump him.

So basically get rid of everyone except Oliver, Diggle and Laurel.
 
They just need to sack off Felicity. The whole relationship is killing the show.

I agree with NexusK, they need to get rid of everyone bar Diggle and Laurel and go back to the darker tone of season 1 and 2.

Darhk has been a complete non-entity this season, we're 16 eps in and still none the wiser to his 'grand plan', we've had hardly any plot advancement that doesn't concern Oliver and Felicity's engagement and wedding plans.

Yeah she was in the limo. I can't see it being Diggle, hes the only other guy on the show. Killing him off would just leave it as Oliver and his annoying woman army.

Yes they did. I thought it was going to be Roy as he was back in the show shortly after that was shown (possibly same episode).

Can't imagine it would be Thea as that is his last relative (apart from Oliver's son).

They'd be crazy to get rid of Diggle. I can't see Oliver's kid being killed and we know Sara and Ray are out of the picture, so unless we are introduced to a new person soon, I really don't see anyone other than Roy, Lance or at a push, Thea.
