arrrggghhh!!! o2 website is so ****!

I mean seriously ***! How can such a big company have a website that is almost guaranteed to produce a HTTP Error 404 at some point during browsing.

Been with o2 for about 9 years and I can remember it doing it at School when doing IT lessons, when I had a crappy bush internet TV and was looking at upgrades, when trying to use my free online texts in sixth form and year on year since whenever I want to just check my ******* billing and usage!

Drives me insane I do not have this experience with any other website! I am sorry for the rant just tonight it's been one time too many.

Does anybody else experience this?!
 
I have only ever been with o2 so I know how you feel. Many times it has made me want to change provider just out of principle :(

I remember when it was like 50p a minute to ring them up and the website would error constantly so doing anything like changes or upgrades was such a nightmare!
 
The accounting side of the o2 website never works this late....I guess it's to do with database ? (updating or backing up) at a time when typically less users are accessing the website ?
 
It’s pretty bad, pages don’t load, parts of my O2 just stop working. It never gets better.

As above for me really! I just can't comprehend how it has managed to stay so rubbish after all these years so disappointing as it just spoils what otherwise would be a good service i.e. free o2 to o2 and the decent 2g reception ect.

haha well it happened to me when I was at work 4ish, because I got £8 call charges and I was like hmmmm how did that happen.. went to click to expand on the myo2 and BAM error. Have not bothered looking since, just can't be dealing with the level of fail that is that site :)
 
Why there website is pretty good,or it was a couple of years ago. I suppose O2 are consistent , its been that **** for the last 9 - 10 years
 
o2's site always drove me nuts. Whilst the website seems to work albeit a bit slow, the account/billing was down quite literally every other time I wanted to use it.

On vodafone now and whilst their account page loads a bit slow it hasn't had any downtime.
 
Yup I agree.

I used to have to pay my bill online every month, such a pain in the ****. What I used to love was the times I'd go on and it would tell me the website was being updated so couldn't use it. Every time I wondered if they were finally going to fix the errors... Nope...
 
Three's website's pretty shoddy. i don't know about their contract-account site but i can imagine it being much akin to their PAYG site, which is hateful.
