People that email me their entire problem in the subject field grinds my gears and I normally dont respond to them.
It really annoys me when people send over arsey/angry emails to me considering they are emailing me to get their problem sorted/ I normally reply along the lines of "I am not willing to help you out until you can talk to me properly". Its amazing how quickly people calm down.
