Has any noticed much difference using this if you have post your temps difference:

Depends what your moving from.

Cheapest of cheap gunk (ie plastic packet), then yes, id get something better.

Generally the supplied gunk is of a better quality now than it was years ago, when AS was vastly better than the alternatives. Probably only 1*C difference vs supplied branded gear.

It's just that i have heard its a lot better when cpu is lappped.

i was using the stock cooler for my E6600 when i got it, when i updraged to a better case i got the scythe infinity and AS5, meda all the differance

temps dropped by about 10 and hardly climb when both cores are on 100%

Shaved off 4c off my graphics card when I applied it. Good stuff.
