Hi all, i've noticed this area is a bit of a mine field and there are literally hundreds of sites selling the stuff.
Is anyone able to give any pointers out for which sites are the best and which sell the best quality stuff?
I also notice the price varies wildly and of course im guessing this is down to the type of grass used, density, weight etc but i'm having a hard time weighing up why I should spend £17-£20 sqm on some 30-35mm artificial grass when I have seen some for around £11-£12 sqm on Ebay and other sites.
I know you get what you pay for but if the weights are similar and they are made out of the same stuff surely there can't be that much in it or am I missing something?
Ive had samples from ExpressGrass but they are at the higher end of what we wanted to pay with the only one we liked starting at £18 sqm. I'm currently waiting on a couple of samples from FlooringDirect as they have a couple at £11-£13 sqm which could be go'ers if they feel OK.
Anyone any experience of where to buy from and what to look for in general with this kind of thing? Its a fairly large area at 38sqm so I want something half decent but don't want to get roped into paying over the odds for something!
