Yup apparently by a lot of Eastern European people. Especially Polish, Romanian, Lithuanian and Slovakian. Currently biggest hit are fish poachers from rivers, canals and breeding farms.

Saw that on the news a while back, supposed to be costing fisheries thousands.

Edit: Found the article, the guy put a "No Eastern Europeans" sign up.
