Asda Suits

The problem with 3rd world working is the conditions they work in right, not the fact that western companies are using them at all?

Unless, someone thinks otherwise...??

My logic: They are better off earning some money doing a naff job, than no money doing no job; if the conditions of work are reasonable then I have no problem with this.

Get a paper round and save up.

A work collegue bragged about his £500 suit (IT repair dept) I wore cheap Burtons suits, usual mick take. In the first week he caught the suit on a sharp edge of a server door, and ripped it.

Oh how I laughed. :D

Expensive suits are a waste of money, if your job has any physical work at all.

all these cheap suits feel naff to me, look okay but just feel wrong on.

Normally but the top end m&s or burtons suits for around £100 in sales, can't stand those machine washable suits feel cheap and nasty although they do last.

Saw about these on the news a few weeks ago. They'd done a street survey asking people to guess the price - everyone was guessing approx. £75-£150 iirc. By all accounts they seem pretty good so well done on the bargain :)

edit: I really didn't copy my first line from the post above ;)

I saw that on BBC breakfast News, the funny thing was they went round the City (round the corner from my office) and were asking guys what they thought. One guy was like...

guy: "yeah its really nice, good price, looks good"

reporter: "would you buy one?"

guy: "no mate not a chance in hell"

:p :D does it show up the snobbery of the City? but i understood, no way you could get away with it in the stock exchange, they're all thomas pink or nothing guys.

i thought it was well funny :p
