For under £60, it doesn't do half bad compared to the Intel i975 (Badaxe).

(Unfortunately, that's the only review I can find - you can read the numbers at the bottom table.)

I'm looking at the mATX range for Conroe and so far - this is the only decent one yet.
Any comments? (Looking to get an mATX conroe)

The only reason i like biulding Pcs with Asrock board is becasue it brings cutting edge tech to the masses at an affordable price.

But dont expect it to include any voltage controls and the like.

I was looking at this too for a Sugo build.

It is based in on the 945G chipset though which probably explains the 300fsb limit.

Hopefully there should be some mATX boards based on the G965 chipset coming soon. I think I'll wait for those.

Annoyingly, most mATX boards seem to be geared towards HTPC audience and lack overclocking options. I'm sure, like me, there are a lot of people who want to build a powerful pc but in a smallish case. I only need one PCI-E x16 and maybe two PCI slots.

Why can't the board manufacturers make mATX boards without onboard graphics, i.e. use the P965 chipset instead of the G965?

according to the ocworkbench review this board posts at 299MHz fsb max. So very modest oc..

Is this the kind of thing that can be corrected with a BIOS update?
