Asrock Professional Z68 Gen3 board won't detect GPU or HDD/SSD (HELP PLEASE!)

Hello i recently moved my build from the corsair 800d case to the corsair 650d case after wiring up all my hard drives and booting up i got an A6 error on dr. debug but this soon went away after enabling asmedia sata3 bootable. But now I am having a whole host of problems the motherboard is not detecting my hard drives and will not recognize my GPU either. I have tried flashing the bios and clearing the cmos but nothing helps. I have also attempted to re install windows but on the install page it says it cannot use the ssd due to the bios. Any help would be appreciated as i don't want to RMA the board.

That drove me nuts. I had to mess around with the boot priority list to get it working.

Has the AHCI/IDE setting been toggled due to you flashing and or resetting the bios?
